Lahontan Golf Club is a high-end, private golf facility in Truckee, CA. Our goal is to provide our members and their guests with a world-class golf experience. This position is seasonal with part-time & full-time opportunities. Position is best suited for prompt and energetic people, who have a broad understanding of food and beverage operations and whose priority is to provide excellent service and member satisfaction.
Job Description
A Food and Beverage Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and quality standards while ensuring timely and efficient service. The ideal candidate possesses basic cooking skills, demonstrates promptness and reliability, and maintains exceptional organization and cleanliness in their work area. This role requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the culinary team. Candidates must present themselves in a professional manner that positively contributes to and supports a collaborative team environment while adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time Seasonal/Temporary
Location: Truckee, CA
Duties and Responsibilities include the following- Other duties may be assigned:
  • Control breakfast, lunch, dinner lines
  • Remain organized and clean throughout all service periods
