Are you passionate about cooking and looking for a place to flex your skills and creativity? The Grizzly Paw is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to join our team as our newest Back of the House colleague. We’re looking for someone who can bring energy, fresh ideas, and a bit of swagger to the line as they dive into all things culinary.

If you’re up for the challenge, here’s what you’ll be expected to rock in your role:

Responsibilities

  • Manage your station like a pro and show off those knife skills...as long as you have a cut glove that is :)
  • Assist in cleaning and maintenance of equipment
  • Creatively capture the Grizzly Paw spirit in everything you do, from prepping our secret sauces to engaging with your colleagues
  • Collaborate with various teams to create a seamless experience across the board (our team is fun, easy-going, and dedicated—working with them is a perk on its own!)
  • Uphold our commitment to environmental responsibility and safety standards (because we love our mountains and our planet)
  • And, of course, be open to other duties as they arise—sometimes that includes donning the bear suit!
