As the Line Cook, you will be responsible for completing all assigned prep work, setting up the cook's station, and maintaining product presentation, product quality, and cook time standards. This role will prepare all menu items according to Applebee's Recipes, Plate Presentations, and specifications.


What You'll Bring (Requirements):

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in the Casual Restaurant industry, preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
  • Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
