  • Culinary foundation- Prior experience in a professional kitchen (line or prep) with a solid grasp of basic knife skills, station setup, food safety/sanitation, and line mechanics.
  • Team-First Mindset: You value a clean, respectful, and energetic kitchen environment where everyone pulls in the same direction.
  • Detail & Consistency: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and pride in maintaining a clean work area.
  • Adaptability: Comfort working in a high-turnover, neighborhood-focused bar environment.
