PURPOSE
The Bottle Room Line Lead in Food Manufacturing is responsible for the setup of the line, line operation and ensuring that production is n within a food manufacturing facility, ensuring that all processes comply with FDA, USDA, SQF, BRC standards. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive knowledge of production processes, schedule adherence deadlines, mechanical aptitude food safety regulations, quality assurance, and production efficiency.
JOB SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Competencies
  • Provide strategic direction and lead the bottle room team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, SQF, BRC regulations.
  • Maintain knowledge of FDA, USDA, SQF, BRC guidelines.
  • Oversee Production, assist in the development and management of production schedules.
  • Manage day-to-day production procedures.
  • Monitor production processes for efficiency and quality.

Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong working knowledge of FDA, USDA, SQF, BRC regulations and food safety standards.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of food safety programs within the bottle room production area.

KPI Responsibilities
  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure bottle room production success.
  • Analyze KPI data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to achieve and exceed KPI targets.
  • Report on KPI performance to senior management and stakeholders.
