Job description

Anesthesiologist Physician

We are seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist/critical care physician to join our team. As a member of the Anesthesia team, we are looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist who has Critical Care experience. This position includes additional support from Anesthesiologists, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs), and Anesthesiologist Assistants (AAs).

Salary: Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience

Schedule: 26 weeks on/26 weeks off (typically 7 on/7 off unless mutually agreed upon by anesthesiology team)

2 anesthesiologists scheduled per shift; supervise CRNAs and AAs

Call: Call required during week on; critical care call and back up for anesthesiologists on

Opportunity to precept medical students and residents

Hospital Facilities: 24/7 access to physicians lounge with meals provided; a 24 hour all-access employee fitness center; and a state-of-the-art Medical Education Center with simulation rooms, a conference center, and more.

Technology: New anesthesia Mindray machines, including new ultrasounds.

Additionally, we have a Glideslope for emergency airways and Belmont for rapid infusers.

7 OR suites; 2 endoscopy suites

ICU: 10 bed open unit; consult only; partner with pulmonology and critical care physician for daily rounds
