Job description

Position Title: Production Associate
Department: Assembly
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 10-hour shift
General Summary: This full-time position is for a reliable production worker/laborer to perform a variety of tasks and help grow our company. We are seeking candidates that are willing to work hard, follow directions, and complete tasks safely and on time. As a laborer you are expected to have good communication, be punctual and have good focus. The goal will be to contribute to the growth of our company by completing tasks in an efficient manner.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Assemble and prepare products for shipment
  • Follow production guidelines and specifications
  • Working on the production line and meeting production targets
  • Reporting any issues to a supervisor on duty
  • Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouse
  • Utilize machinery with proper training (example forklift)
  • Perform Job that requires repetitive physical labor
  • Working knowledge of hand tools and power tools
  • Maintain a clean workstation and production floor
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
  • Follow health and safety standards
  • Work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Sit, stand, bend and squat

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial
  • Hand tools & power Tools knowledge
  • Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods, working in a space that lacks climate control, or lifting objects with an established maximum weight
