Job description

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate / Production Line Worker (full-time)

REQUIRED: 2 YEARS + Experience in Manufacturing

Location: Fort Worth, TX (on-site)

About eosera®

eosera® is changing the way people think about ear care—and beyond. As one of the fastest-growing consumer health companies in the U.S, we build science-backed products that solve real problems. Our mission is big, our team is highly collaborative, and we are scaling quickly. We're seeking passionate, driven individuals to join our collaborative team.

Position Summary

The Production Line Worker is responsible for assembling and packaging ear care products. Our automated fill line handles bottle filling, capping, and labeling—your role is to monitor that equipment for errors and then manually assemble finished products by placing bottles, dropper caps, and inserts into cartons and packaging cartons into case shippers. This is detail-oriented, hands-on work that requires excellent dexterity, meticulous attention to quality, and a relentlessly positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

•     Monitor the automated fill line during filling, capping, and labeling operations; identify and flag errors, misalignments, or defects in real time

•     Assemble finished products by accurately placing bottles, dropper caps, inserts, and other components into product cartons

•     Package completed cartons into case shippers for warehouse storage and distribution

•     Inspect products at each stage of the process for quality, accuracy, and consistency

•     Follow all procedures outlined in Eosera’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

•     Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times

•     Complete production logs, batch records, and required documentation accurately

•     Actively look for opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency—and communicate those ideas to the team

•     Support teammates and assist with additional manufacturing, inventory, or warehouse tasks as needed

Physical Requirements

•     Stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift (with scheduled breaks)

•     Use hands and fingers continuously for fine motor assembly tasks requiring excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination

•     Lift and carry boxes and materials weighing up to 40 lbs.

•     Bend, stoop, and reach as needed to access materials and workstations

Qualifications

Required

•     Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (required for work instructions, batch records, and safety signage)

  • 2 years previous experience and some variety skills

•     Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot defects and inconsistencies

•     Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely and consistently

•     Reliable attendance and punctuality—being on time every day is essential

•     Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed

•     Available to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - Attendance is IMPORTANT!

Preferred

•     1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related hands-on environment

•     Experience in a regulated manufacturing setting (GMP, QMS, or similar)

•     Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

What we are looking for

•     Relentlessly positive attitude – You bring energy to the team every day and contribute to a workplace people enjoy coming to.

•     Meticulous attention to detail – Every bottle, label, and carton matters because our products go directly to consumers counting on us.

•     Reliability and consistency – You show up on time and perform with the same high standard from your first hour to your last.

eosera® is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We make hiring decisions based on skills, character, and growth potential. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
