About the Role:

The Line Cook plays a critical role in the kitchen by preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes and quality standards. This position ensures that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner, maintaining consistency and presentation to meet customer expectations. The Line Cook collaborates closely with kitchen staff to manage inventory, maintain cleanliness, and uphold food safety regulations. This role requires the ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
