Registered Nurse - ICU Part Time Night Shift - TriHealth Bethesda Butler Hospital - $5k Sign-On Bonus. BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers) Registered Nurse licensure Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs a various stages of the life cycle Preferred membership in related professional organization Previous ICU/critical care nursing experience required (minimum of 2-3 years) Preferred certification in specialty Job Responsibilities: Perform and document initial and ongoing patient/family assessments

Develop, communicate, and update individualized plans of care, including discharge planning. Provide safe, patientcentered care that supports autonomy, dignity, and diversity. Recognize and respond to emergencies and take appropriate clinical action.

Carry out physician orders accurately and in a timely manner. Complete assigned care and documentation within required timeframes. Administer medications/treatments safely and perform technical skills per policy.

Evaluate patient responses and revise the plan of care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Supervise and delegate tasks appropriately to other team members. Serve as a clinical resource and support training/education of staff and students.

Maintain current clinical knowledge and adhere to organizational and departmental standards. Function in relief charge/resource roles as requested.
