Patients are at the center of everything we do at Lilly. We are currently hiring a Manufacturing Operator.

This role supports critical work that helps bring medicines and solutions to patients responsibly and efficiently. #WeAreLilly

Responsible for executing diverse tasks related to the production and release of materials during the manufacturing of products for human consumption, while complying with applicable procedures, regulations and following good manufacturing practices.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher in Science or Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical) or another related technical field or technical degree in engineering, instrumentation, science, or applied mechanics.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing of oral solid dosages, preferred

Additional Skills/Preferences

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Teamwork oriented
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong compliance mindset and sound judgment
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under limited supervision
  • Available to support rotating shifts including a 24/7 operation
  • Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment, including Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR)
  • Availability to become part of the ER Brigade

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

$12.98 - $29.09

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
