โ€ข Partner with clients to align operational data, configurations, test methods, and reports with their QC Microbiology workflows.
โ€ข Contribute to documentation, training materials, and project plans.
โ€ข Manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously, including pre-sales scoping and sales-to-service transitions.

โ€ข Beginner-to-intermediate exposure to SQL Server, Oracle, Windows Server, Crystal Reports, Windows 10/11 administration, networking, software/testing lifecycle, or Azure DevOps.
Laboratory IT Systems track:
โ€ข 3+ years implementing software systems in regulated laboratory or pharmaceutical production environments (or software engineering experience).
โ€ข BS in Computer Science or related IT field.
โ€ข Experience implementing QC systems (environmental monitoring, final release, in-process control).
โ€ข Hands-on experience with one or more LIMS / lab software platforms such as LabWare, LabVantage SQL*LIMS or Sapphire, ThermoFisher Sample Manager, Novatek NOVA LIMS, Velquest SmartLab, Waters Empower, Labtronics Nexxis ELN, or LIMSLink.
โ€ข Foundational scientific knowledge in biology, microbiology, or chemistry, with willingness to deepen domain expertise.
