Phlebotomist / X-Ray Technician (Sea Mar)

Sea Mar is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist/X-Ray Tech to perform phlebotomy, waived lab tests, EKGs, spirometry, and limited scope X-ray procedures. This role supports patient diagnostics and treatment, ensuring accurate testing, high-quality patient care, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform venipuncture, capillary draws, and lab testing with accurate specimen processing

  • Conduct EKGs and spirometry testing, ensuring proper calibration and documentation

  • Perform routine limited scope X-ray procedures (extremities, chest, etc.)

  • Maintain QC/QA logs, inventory, and equipment maintenance

  • Communicate results to providers and coordinate with clinical staff

  • Follow CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA, and Sea Mar safety protocols

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • WA State DOH Phlebotomy & X-Ray Technician credentials required

  • Certification in Phlebotomy; X-ray certification preferred

  • 1+ year clinical or hospital experience preferred

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

  • Strong customer service and attention to detail
