OBJECTIVE

Sales and Revenue Growth:

• Engage customers with a proactive sales approach, contributing to achieving and exceeding store-wide sales targets.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on both retaining existing clients and seeking new opportunities.

• Assist in the execution of visual merchandising and product presentation to keep the store fresh and

appealing.


Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service by leveraging comprehensive product knowledge and best-in-class clienteling techniques.

• Assist clients with personalized recommendations and deliver a superior shopping experience.

• Implement clienteling frameworks to meet and exceed store goals.


Operations and Inventory Management:

• Participate in inventory management tasks, including reporting discrepancies, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with monthly inventory counts.

• Ensure merchandise is kept in pristine condition, including organizing and restocking as necessary.

• Maintain an organized store environment, including the interior, exterior, office, and storage facilities.


Staff Collaboration and Support:

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.

• Assist in training new staff members and support ongoing staff development.

• Demonstrate teamwork by supporting colleagues in delivering outstanding customer service.


Professional Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail or a related customer service role; management experience is a plus but not required.

• Working knowledge of Lightspeed POS and Shopify is preferred.

• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.

• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong ability to develop new client relationships and maintain brand recognition in the market.

• Knowledge of merchandise features, fitting techniques, and current fashion trends.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to think clearly, analyze situations, and resolve problems with sound judgment.
