**Position:** Audio Video (AV) Technician Apprentice
**Location:** Wellington, FL and surrounding areas
**Job Type:** Full-Time
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Audio Video (AV) Technician Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the AV industry. As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced AV technicians, assisting with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio-visual systems in various commercial and residential environments.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of AV systems including projectors, speakers, video walls, control systems, and more.
- Interpret and follow blueprints and schematics for AV system layouts.
- Work in various environments, including small, confined areas and at heights.
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble and install AV equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow instructions from senior technicians and project managers.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues during installations or service calls.
**Requirements:**
- **Strong communication skills** - Ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
- **Ability to read blueprints** - Comfortable interpreting technical drawings and plans.
