Job description

Regency Supply is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Clerk to join our Kennesaw, GA warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

The primary focus of this position is preparing and coordinating freight shipments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable pulling and packing orders, scheduling freight pickups, and ensuring shipments are accurately labeled and ready for delivery.

While this position is scheduled for a minimum of 25 hours per week, additional hours may be available based on business needs.

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience required
  • Freight shipping experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience using freight scheduling platforms (such as GlobalTranz) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling, up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills.

The shift hours for this position are 8 am-1 pm or 9 am-2 pm

  • Pick customer orders accurately using part numbers and product descriptions.
  • Pack and prepare freight shipments for delivery.
  • Photograph completed orders prior to shipment.
  • Wrap and secure pallets for freight transport.
  • Schedule freight pickups and deliveries using GlobalTranz. 
  • Receive incoming freight and verify shipments against packing slips.
  • Label shipments accurately to ensure timely and error-free delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

The typical full time hourly hiring range for this job in Kennesaw, GA, is $17 - $20/hour. Pay will be determined by experience.
