Key Responsibilities

  • Technician Coordination: Manage the daily and long-term calendars for our field technicians, optimizing travel and project hours for lighting controls commissioning.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Follow every commissioning job through its entire lifecycle, ensuring no project "stalls" between the site visit and final sign-off.
  • Documentation Management: Gather, organize, and archive all project-related documentation, including startup reports, closeout photos, and commissioning logs.
  • Customer Relations: Serve as the professional voice of PSA, communicating scheduling updates, requirements, and project status to contractors and end-users.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with the Applications Specialists to ensure technicians have the necessary submittals and design intent documents prior to arriving on site.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Customer Service Excellence: A proven track record of handling client requests with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
  • Extreme Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple moving parts, deadlines, and documentation sets without losing accuracy.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to pivot schedules quickly when site conditions change or delays occur.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for professional email correspondence and phone coordination.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in standard office software and a quick learner of project management tools (e.g., Basecamp).

Why PSA?

We offer a fast-paced, collaborative work environment where your contributions directly impact the growth of our most exciting business segment.

  • Competitive Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health/Dental insurance, 401k with match, and Life/Accident insurance.
