The Chief Growth & Capital Officer (CGCO) is a seed-stage, C-level executive responsible for revenue creation, market entry, and early capital formation. This is a hands‑on growth builder role combining enterprise sales, business development, and fundraising responsibilities. The CGCO works closely with the Chairman & CEO to establish commercial credibility, secure lighthouse customers, and prepare the company for a Series A raise.

Our focus is on improving clinical outcomes, reducing medical costs, and driving operational efficiency for payers and risk‑bearing providers. The company operates at the intersection of AI, risk adjustment, value-based care, and managed care economics.

Core Mandate:
  • Personally close the first few enterprise customers, drive market traction, sales and growth for the company
  • Establish commercial proof points and ROI narrative
  • Shape pricing and outcomes-linked contracting models
  • Lead seed extension or Series A readiness fundraising
  • Position the company credibly with investors and strategic partners
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead founder-level enterprise sales to MA plans, Medicaid MCOs, and risk-bearing providers, MSOs, others.
  • Convert pilots into multi-year platform contracts, establish and drive ARR models
  • Design early GTM motion and ideal customer profile
  • Identify early strategic partners and co-sell opportunitiesSupport entry into priority states and lines of business
  • Lead seed extension and Series A fundraising efforts
  • Own investor narrative around outcomes, ROI, and AI leverage
  • Manage investor meetings, diligence, and pitch materials
  • Act as a core member of the executive leadership team
  • Support board communication and strategic planning
