Lighthouse Technologies is seeking an experienced Telecom Construction Supervisor. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of cable and fiber installation industry. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations for your assigned team of technicians and contract partners. You will be expected to uphold the company's principles including integrity, quality, teamwork, and client experience always. This position will require consistent travel with all travel expenses paid for by Lighthouse Technologies.

- Supervising local individuals or contractors as determined by local management.
- The Telecom Construction Supervisor will have direct contact with the local MSO, our customer. It is important that these relationships are maintained and developed.
