This role is conducted entirely remotely, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while supporting our Detox Center clients. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will be multifaceted and impactful:

• Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and collaborate in developing holistic treatment plans that consider the client's history, environment, and goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) standards, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
• Engage in collaboration with your internal team members and external partners, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and school personnel, to coordinate care effectively.
• Participate actively in clinical case consultations, regular staff meetings, and ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and share insights.
• Assist clients in accessing community resources, advocacy systems, and social supports that empower them in their journeys toward healing.
• Uphold ethical professional standards that prioritize client autonomy, dignity, and care in every interaction you have.

You will be working primarily with individuals grappling with various challenges related to mental health, trauma, and social injustices. Our clients often come from diverse backgrounds, including populations that have faced significant barriers to accessing mental health services. To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California, in good standing.
• Hold a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Have a minimum of two years of experience providing clinical mental health services, especially to diverse populations.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, cultural competence, and strong clinical judgment.
• Exhibit familiarity with DSM-5 diagnoses, trauma-informed care practices, and crisis intervention strategies.
• Possess the ability to thrive working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:

• Bilingual capabilities in languages such as Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Mandarin, or others that enhance communication with our client base.
• Specialized training in therapeutic modalities including EMDR, DBT, CBT, or motivational interviewing.
• Experience working within underserved communities, school-based programs, or community mental health settings.
• Comfort and proficiency using electronic health record (EHR) systems, preferably platforms like SimplePractice or TherapyNotes.

We offer a competitive salary scale ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
