Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will be multifaceted and impactful:

  • Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and collaborate in developing holistic treatment plans that consider the client's history, environment, and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) standards, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
  • Engage in collaboration with your internal team members and external partners, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and school personnel, to coordinate care effectively.
