Collaboration with shipping, receiving, and inventory teams is frequent, requiring strong communication and teamwork. Over time, you may have the opportunity to learn new inventory systems or move into lead or supervisory roles, offering room for advancement in warehouse or logistics settings.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Light Packing position, and why are they important?

To thrive in Light Packing, you need attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and basic literacy or numeracy skills, typically with a high school diploma or equivalent.
