The Opportunity:

Manufacturing Associate - Organization is a key member of the manufacturing team responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling our products in accordance with Marketlabโ€™s quality and safety standards.

This role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor on the Organization Line Manufacturing Team.ย 

Functional/Technical Competencies

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Execute assembly tasks according to established procedures and production schedules.

  • Verify product labels, counts, and packaging configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout each shift.

  • Assist in preparing materials and supplies to support smooth production flow.

  • Report any product defects, safety concerns, or process issuesย 

  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational guidelines to maintain compliance with company standards.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

What Youโ€™ll Need:ย ย 

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

  • Previous Packing/Warehouse experience is preferred.

  • Experience as a Positive team membersย 

Physical Expectations:ย 

  • Physically able to lift up to 50lbs.

  • Ability to tolerate temperatures in the workspace that fluctuate throughout the year.
