Packaging Associate (Assembly-Focused)
St. Cloud, MN

We are looking for a hands-on Packaging Associate to join our team in St. Cloud, MN. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys detailed, assembly-style work and takes pride in doing things right the first time.

In this position, you will build and prepare biological product kits used by laboratories and healthcare organizations around the world. Your work directly supports patient safety and public health, making accuracy and consistency critical every day.

This is a fast-paced, team-oriented production role where you will follow structured processes, work with your hands, and stay focused on quality.

What you will do

  • Assemble and package biological product kits by following step-by-step instructions
  • Prepare components and materials ahead of time to keep work flowing efficiently
  • Label products and verify accuracy against work orders
  • Perform quality checks during assembly to ensure everything meets standards
  • Operate packaging and light automation equipment safely
