Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dedicated Packaging Associate in Kennesaw, GA. In this fast-paced and essential role, you will be responsible for assisting with hands-on packaging operations, assembling product displays, and organizing supply lines for a global cleaning products manufacturer. In a Packaging Associate job, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Assembling, packing, and sorting commercial cleaning products according to project specifications. A
  • Inspecting finished packages to ensure proper labeling, sealing, and quality standards.
  • Palletizing, wrapping, and staging outgoing product loads for warehouse transport.
  • Maintaining a steady flow of materials along assembly and packaging lines.
  • Adhering strictly to plant safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Assisting with daily inventory organization and general warehouse upkeep.
  • Collaborating with team members to safely meet project deadlines and quota goals.

What you’ll need:
  • Must possess and wear OSHA-compliant steel-toed boots on the facility floor.
  • Previous experience as a Packaging Associate, general laborer, or manufacturing team member.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for high-volume packaging tasks.
