Job description

Position Summary
The Venue Operations Attendant is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of the nightclub. This role supports venue operations through detailed cleaning, light maintenance, furniture movement, and event setup and reset. The position plays an important part in ensuring the club is clean, safe, organized, and fully prepared for each event.
Essential Functions of the Job
  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the venue, including restrooms, bar areas, VIP sections, dance floor, back of house areas, entrances, and common spaces
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility
  • Clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, countertops, walls, and other high touch surfaces
  • Empty trash receptacles, remove waste, and replace liners
  • Replenish restroom and venue supplies, including soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other cleaning or guest use items
  • Replace soiled linens and ensure clean linens are stocked and organized
  • Clean appliances, fixtures, mats, mirrors, furniture, and equipment
  • Roll, move, and properly store nightclub mats and other equipment after use
  • Assist with moving, arranging, and resetting furniture for events, cleaning needs, and venue transitions
  • Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, and completing minor upkeep items
  • Identify and report damage, safety concerns, maintenance needs, or supply shortages to management
  • Support the full venue reset process to ensure the nightclub is ready for the next business day or event
  • Follow all safety procedures, cleaning standards, and company expectations while working independently or with a team

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, venue support, or facility maintenance is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Basic knowledge of light maintenance and minor repair tasks is preferred
