Job description

Job Title: Production Operator -

Job Description

Join our team as a full-time Production Operator on the 1st shift. You will play a crucial role in our production process by testing, inspecting, assembling, operating machinery, and packaging products. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will have the flexibility to sit or stand during your 10-hour shift, though standing is required at times.

Responsibilities

  • Work 1st shift hours from 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Thursday.
  • Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.
  • Engage in light industrial/general assembly work, lifting no more than 10-15 lbs.
  • Meet assembly metrics by efficiently putting one hose into another by hand.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in assembly and use of hand tools.
  • Experience in production and packaging.
  • Capability to perform general labor tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to independently manage paperwork and onboarding processes.
  • Basic mechanical skills such as changing a tire.

Pay and Benefits
