Job description

1st Shift AssemblyOverview

We are hiring dependable, enthusiastic team members to join our 1st shift manufacturing team in Brillion, WI. In this hands-on role, you’ll be part of the team assembling outdoor power equipment—using tools, standard work, and teamwork to help hit daily production goals safely and efficiently. If you take pride in doing things the right way, enjoy fast-paced work, and want a company that invests in its people, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career.

Schedule & Shift: Monday–Thursday (4 days x 10 hours), 4:30 AM–2:30 PM, with some mandatory overtime on Fridays

Required Skills
  • Ability to safely operate machines, tools, and equipment needed to perform the job
  • Ability to perform assembly-type work using hand and/or power tools
  • Ability to follow standard work with strict adherence
  • Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to support other areas to meet production goals
  • Basic problem-solving ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a production environment
  • Commitment to working safely and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
