Location: Rockford, MI Shift: 3rd Shift Pay: $16.35 per hour

Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking an Inspector to join our team in Rockford, MI. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our operations by inspecting and ensuring the quality of plastic household and automotive parts in a manufacturing environment with plastic injection molding machines.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Inspector, your key responsibilities will include inspecting plastic household and automotive parts to ensure they meet quality standards, monitoring 1–2 plastic injection molding machines as needed, and completing paperwork and tracking production throughout the shift. Additionally, you may be asked to package parts, assemble boxes, perform light assembly work, and walk between multiple machines to support production needs.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: Previous inspection experience strongly preferred or prior plastic manufacturing experience required, ability to lift 2–25 pounds, ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift, and ability to read and speak English.
Skills: Attention to detail to ensure quality standards are consistently met, multitasking ability to manage machine operation and inspections, and reliability to maintain production flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
