What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and motivate the Operations team during setups, events, and tear-downs.
  • Serve as the primary floor contact for clients, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.
  • Ensure event spaces are safe, clean, and guest-ready at all times.
  • Direct staff in proper use of heavy equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts).
  • Respond quickly to changes, emergencies, or client requests with confidence and professionalism.
  • Maintain the facility’s appearance inside and out, from event rooms to Grove Plaza.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative team environment.

Requirements:What we are looking for:
  • At least 1 year of event or related operations experience.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience required.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to become Forklift Certified (we’ll train you!).
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and occasionally work at heights up to 22 feet.
