Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse and logistics team focused on accountability, safety, and results.
  • Drive daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, job staging, shipping, and on-time deliveries.
  • Improve processes, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency while reducing errors, shrinkage, and delays.
  • Oversee fleet operations, warehouse equipment, and facility safety to ensure OSHA compliance and operational readiness.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and use data to improve productivity, inventory accuracy, and service levels.
  • Partner with sales, project management, accounting, and customer service to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, professionalism, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
 
What We're Looking For:
  • 8+ years' proven work experience as a Senior Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Operations Director, Logistics/Distribution Director, or similar role
  • Able to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED)
  • Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety standards
  • Ability to operate warehouse and inventory software
  • Personal and professional ethics
  • Leadership skills and ability to delegate effectively
  • Positive, communicative and motivated to help grow the business
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
  • Organizational skills and ability to respond quickly to a shifting reality
  • Time management skills and detailed oriented
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of RFMS is a plus, but not required - willing to train
