Toll Brothers is seeking a Lifestyle Director to organize, implement and manage exciting programs and activities at one of our luxury communities located in Erie, Colorado.

The Lifestyle Director is responsible for managing the resident programs to include recreational, social, cultural, travel, and entertainment designed to enrich the quality of life and enhance the vibrancy of the community for residents. Responsibilities encompass guest house program development, promoting lifestyle to potential buyers, administration of resident groups or clubs, establishing fitness programming, and overall program promotion and publicity. The Lifestyle Director will ensure that all programs and services are conducted and fulfilled.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Plan, coordinate and implement resident programs, fitness and wellness program, continuing education programs and special community-wide events. Solicit input and involvement from residents and/or prospects to stimulate participation and awareness of the lifestyle opportunities that define the communities.
  • Work with sales team to oversee the guest house program within the community for potential buyers (book reservations, guest lunches, incorporation of homeowner "ambassadors" within the community)
  • Assist homeowners, resident groups and clubs, and community organizations in the scheduling of association facilities, to include program and room requirements and arrangements for the collection of fees as applicable.
  • Help establish and facilitate new neighbor socials and new homeowner orientations to welcome new buyers into the community while inviting potential buyers to introduce them to the community
  • Work with sales team to introduce potential buyers to lifestyle programs, conduct tours of the community clubhouse and outdoor amenities.
  • Prepare and monitor lifestyle budget while keeping programming within budget
  • Oversee services necessary for lifestyle programming including entertainment, rental companies, contractors, food and other vendors
  • Coordinate the development and distribution of the community newsletter, flyers and other lifestyle public relations and marketing publications as developed
  • Procure all licenses, permits and insurance necessary for each event
  • All other duties as assigned

Do you have these qualifications?

  • Essential:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Recreation, Hospitality, or Communication or extensive experience in recreation/lifestyle programming
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating and promoting recreational activities and programs, volunteer programs and/or fundraising events
    • Work on-site 5 days per week, Tuesday-Sunday
  • Preferred:
    • Prior experience with homeowner association or active adult programs

The salary for this position is $70,000-$100,000 plus a monthly mobile device allowance and an annual discretionary bonus.
