Job description

As Front Desk/Lessons Coordinator, you are an integral part of the SafeSplash learn to swim program. In this role, you will experience first-hand the dynamic, fast-paced environment of the nation's largest swim school. You will work closely with both our Swim Instructors and Lifeguards to ensure our lessons run smoothly at all times. Tasks would include answering the phone, assisting customers with rescheduling or rebooking classes, and organizing the children for efficient transitions between class times.


Requirements:

  • A passion for children and young families
  • A passion for exceptional customer service
  • Keep and maintain Red Cross Lifeguard certification, and Red Cross CPR/AED certification for adult, infant and child (Training can be offered on-site)
  • Experience working with children
  • Complete training in the SafeSplash curriculum within the first 30 days of employment
  • Customer Service Experience (hospitality, restaurant, retail, call center, etc.). is a plus
  • Must be willing to train as an instructor for emergency situations
