What You'll Be Doing
- Teach American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, and AED courses
- Lead engaging classroom and in-water instruction for participants of all experience levels
- Ensure students complete course requirements and maintain accurate class documentation
- Enforce pool safety standards and YMCA policies throughout training
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help participants succeed
- Assist with special aquatics programs and instructor development opportunities

Requirements
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor Certification
- Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
