Position Description: We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests at our aquatic facility. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, and providing exceptional guest services. A strong background in swimming and lifesaving techniques is essential for this position.
Duties
Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all patrons.
Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
Provide first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations.
Conduct regular inspections of the pool area, including water quality and cleanliness.
Perform routine pool maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure optimal conditions.
Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Participate in training sessions and drills to maintain lifeguard certifications.
Experience
Previous experience as a Lifeguard is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional certifications in lifeguarding are a plus.
