Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
We work with companies that know retention is just as important as acquisition-and we're looking to connect with Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialists who know how to nurture customers through every stage of the funnel.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns, including automated flows
  • Segment audiences and personalize communications based on behavior and lifecycle stage
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-performing lifecycle content
  • Track and optimize key metrics: open rates, CTRs, CVR, churn, and reactivation
  • Lead A/B testing across subject lines, templates, timing, and frequency

Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Omnisend, Braze, Iterable, or Mailchimp
  • Strong grasp of customer journeys, automation logic, and engagement KPIs
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn retention data into actionable strategy
