Job description

ANDMORE® is a wholesale market maker that fuels opportunities for buyers and sellers to connect, grow, and prosper through physical markets, design centers, and digital channels.
We own and operate the largest wholesale showroom campuses in the world where retailers and designers source products for their stores and clients while also enabling 24/7 commerce through our digital marketplace. By integrating in-person and online experiences, we empower our customers to grow year-round as their business needs evolve.
About the Role
We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Content team at ANDMORE. This role focuses on buyer communications that drive action at critical moments across the customer journey, from first registration through every market season that follows.
At ANDMORE, the product is the market. Our wholesale markets across home, gift, apparel, and lifestyle are what buyers attend, source from, and return to season after season. This role's job is to build the communication programs that move buyers from first registration to lasting loyalty, turning interest into attendance, and attendance into advocacy.
The channels span email, SMS, in-app push notifications, and website conversion copy. The work is equal parts strategy and craft: taking master messaging frameworks and translating them into polished, market-specific content across every buyer touchpoint. Execution runs through our MarTech team, so you'll work closely with a technical counterpart who handles platform infrastructure and performance data. Your job is the strategy and the words.
The ideal candidate brings equal parts strategic thinking and strong writing, with experience in B2B, marketplace, or experiential/event lifecycle programs and a genuine curiosity about what makes buyers act.
What You'll Do
Key responsibilities include:
Buyer Lifecycle Messaging Strategy
  • Own the messaging strategy across all stages of the ANDMORE buyer lifecycle, including onboarding, pre-market, on-site, post-market, and off-season re-engagement, across email, SMS, push, and website conversion copy.
  • Develop content frameworks and communication hierarchies that reflect buyer needs at each stage of the journey.
  • Define the right message, audience segment, and moment for each lifecycle touchpoint, then brief the MarTech team on execution.
  • Partner with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to translate segmentation data and behavior signals into relevant, timely messaging.

Content Development and Copywriting
  • Translate master messaging frameworks into polished, market-specific buyer content across email, SMS, in-app push notifications, and website conversion copy, including onboarding series, market prep communications, re-engagement flows, and milestone campaigns.
  • Develop messaging that is specific, buyer-focused, and grounded in what buyers actually gain from attending and sourcing at ANDMORE markets.
  • Maintain editorial standards and voice consistency across all buyer communications.
  • Build and refine content templates that can scale across markets and buyer segments.
  • Work closely with the VP of Content to apply master messaging frameworks and ensure consistency and quality across all buyer-facing content.

Campaign Planning and Execution
  • Plan and manage lifecycle campaigns from strategy through content delivery across all buyer channels, partnering with the MarTech team on platform execution.
  • Own A/B test strategy for lifecycle communications: define the hypothesis, develop copy variants, and brief the MarTech team on execution. Use results to refine messaging on an ongoing basis.
  • Use campaign performance data to assess messaging effectiveness and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Identify gaps in the buyer communication journey and develop proposals for new lifecycle initiatives.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Work closely with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing on campaign execution, ensuring content strategy and platform capabilities are aligned before launch.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to understand buyer behavior and segment performance; use those insights to inform messaging decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure lifecycle content is visually consistent with campaign standards.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Experience team to ensure lifecycle communications reflect accurate, current buyer journey context.

What You'll Bring
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 3-6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, content marketing, or CRM, with a strong emphasis on content strategy, copywriting, and multi-channel communications.
  • Demonstrated success developing lifecycle messaging programs in a B2B, marketplace, or experiential/event environment.
  • Strong written communication skills with a portfolio showing lifecycle email copy and campaign strategy.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, or Marketo; comfortable working in-platform without owning the technical infrastructure.
  • Ability to read and interpret campaign performance data to inform messaging strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

Competencies and Attributes
  • Strong strategic thinker who can connect messaging decisions to business outcomes.
  • Writes clearly and efficiently for a professional B2B audience; edits ruthlessly.
  • Fluent in AI-assisted content workflows. You use AI tools to accelerate production without letting them replace the strategy, judgment, and voice that make content actually work.
  • Collaborative partner who can work closely with technical counterparts without needing to own the technology.
  • Curious about buyer behavior and comfortable using data to pressure-test messaging assumptions.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where strategy and execution happen in parallel.

Why ANDMORE
At ANDMORE, you'll be part of a team that values connection, creativity, and continuous improvement. We offer:
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • A collaborative, inclusive culture
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development
  • The chance to make an impact at the heart of the wholesale and design community
