The Senior Manager, Business Solutions leads complex, technology-enabled implementation and innovation initiatives that support Ryan's service lines, proprietary platforms, and enterprise strategy. This role manages large-scale client and internal projects from scope definition through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and high-quality outcomes. The Senior Manager translates business and technical requirements into scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency, client value, and measurable financial impact. Computer Skills:

Compensation Pay Transparency:

  • For certain California based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $158,000.00 - $211,750.00
  • For other California based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $144,500.00 - $194,150.00
  • For Colorado based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,000.00 - $185,350.00
  • For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $144,500.00 - $194,150.00
  • For other Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,000.00 - $185,350.00
