Position Overview
Navius Technologies is seeking highly skilled Data Scientist to support mission-critical programs in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role focuses on uncovering both semantic and syntactic information within data, developing measures, and transforming manual processes into automated solutions.
Overview
  • Develop or apply best practices to discover the assess semantic and syntactic information contained in data objects supporting all aspects of the mission.
  • Develop measures of syntactic and semantic interoperability that support governing bodies making architectural decisions
  • Prototype and consider several algorithms and decide upon final model based on established outcomes.
  • Generate reports that summarize analysis of data representations and data to provide data driven insights to customers
  • Partner with subject matter experts to translate manual data analysis into automated analytics.

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline plus nine (9) years of experience in Mathematics/Statistics; Computer Science; and analysis of data syntax and semantics

HS or GEDplus ten (10) years of experience in ...

An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is also required.
