Job Summary
The Office Manager/Administrative Assistant is responsible for delivering an exceptional workplace experience while providing flexible administrative support to the Executive Assistant team and executive leadership. This role serves as a trusted operational partner, ensuring the office runs efficiently and providing seamless backup support during Executive Assistant vacations, PTO, and periods of increased business demand.
This individual will manage day-to-day Atlanta office operations, coordinate meetings and events, conduct research, support executive initiatives, and contribute to cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Office Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily office operations.
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and fully functioning office environment.
  • Coordinate office vendors, building management, deliveries, and maintenance requests.
  • Manage office inventory, supplies, snacks, beverages, and kitchen organization.
  • Oversee conference rooms, meeting technology, room scheduling, and office equipment.
  • Coordinate new hire workspace setup and onboarding logistics.
  • Support employee experience initiatives, celebrations, and office culture.

Executive Assistant Support
  • Provide secondary administrative support to Executive Assistants across the leadership team.
  • Provide vacation, PTO, and backup coverage for Executive Assistants to ensure seamless support for executives.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling, meeting logistics, and travel coordination if needed.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentation decks, and executive briefing documents if needed.
  • Conduct research for executive requests, vendor evaluations, benchmarking, and special projects.
  • Support expense reporting, document preparation, and administrative follow-up.
  • Coordinate executive gifts, catering, hospitality, and other executive support requests.
  • Manage ad hoc administrative, operational, and cross-functional projects with minimal supervision.
  • Partner with Executive Assistants to improve processes, maintain documentation, and ensure continuity of support across the executive team.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Administrative Operations experience.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced startup or technology environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and modern collaboration tools.
  • Experience coordinating travel, meetings, and corporate events.

The base salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000
Where you land within the range will reflect your skills, experience, and location, while keeping team parity in mind and leaving room for future growth.
