  • Analyze customer environments and develop customized solutions, scopes of work, and implementation strategies aligned with operational objectives, safety requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Design and recommend service solutions including pre-commissioning, critical cleaning, contamination control, workforce solutions, and other Promera offerings.
  • Conduct technical assessments by reviewing facility conditions, drawings, specifications, commissioning plans, and project documentation to identify risks, gaps, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations, business cases, and value propositions that support customer decision-making and sales growth.
  • Lead the technical development of proposals, RFP responses, customer presentations, and solution documentation, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and Promera operational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, and field leadership to validate labor strategies, execution plans, resource requirements, and project feasibility.
  • Support pricing and estimating efforts by defining technical assumptions, labor requirements, equipment needs, schedules, and execution methodologies.
  • Develop technical sales tools, customer-facing materials, case studies, and training content that enhance the effectiveness of Promera's commercial teams.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on critical environments, industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements while representing Promera at customer events, conferences, and industry forums.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, commissioning, mission-critical facilities, construction, industrial services, or related industries.
  • Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, cleanroom, life sciences, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Strong ability to interpret technical specifications, construction documents, and operational requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with both commercial and operational teams.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support customers and business development activities.
  • What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months

  • Improve sales outcomes through stronger technical positioning, customer engagement, and proposal quality.
  • Develop standardized tools, templates, and processes that improve the consistency and efficiency of technical sales support.
  • Ensure alignment between Sales and Operations by delivering solutions that are executable, profitable, and aligned with customer requirements.
  • Enhance the technical capabilities of commercial teams through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify new service applications, market opportunities, and customer challenges that contribute to Promera's growth strategy.
