Job description

As the Account Executive - Life Sciences (AE), you will work in support of the Business Development & Sales Department by generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and guiding prospects from initial outreach through successful close. The AE drives company strategic goals by building strong customer relationships, uncovering customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.

Follow up on inbound leads and qualify prospects to assess needs, timeline, and fit. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial conversation to presentation, proposal, negotiation, and close. Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and professional events to generate new leads and strengthen brand presence.

Track competitive activity and positioning to articulate clear differentiation and value. Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and deliver personalized solutions. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM documentation, including activity tracking and forecasting.

Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to stakeholders and decision-makers. Build lasting customer relationships that support long-term revenue growth. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strong customer experiences.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to help shape sales strategy. Other Responsibilities As assigned To be considered you'll need: a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field; or equivalent professional experience. a Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development preferably Med-Tech, Medical Device, or related industries.
