As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Life Bridge Counseling Center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ psychological and emotional functioning to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families, along with individual sessions for each client to address specific issues.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods to address challenges such as alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.
• Engaging with clients in collaborative goal setting and supporting them in tracking their progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

At Life Bridge Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, encompassing adults, children, and adolescents. The issues addressed will vary widely, including:

• Substance abuse and its effects on family dynamics.
• Experiences of physical or psychological abuse.
• Grief and loss resulting from various life events.
• Family conflicts and sibling rivalries.
• Adjustment issues related to divorce or separation, particularly in blended family situations.
• Challenges in communication and interpersonal relationships.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• A deep-seated passion for supporting individuals and families through effective therapeutic interventions.

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, preferred candidates will have:

• A background in working with both adults and children, including experience in teletherapy or remote counseling.
• Flexibility in scheduling with an ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, accommodating varying client needs.

Life Bridge Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, therapists can expect:
