Job description

This is not a typical sales job.

If you’re driven to earn based on performance, want control over your income, and are willing to be coached — keep reading.

We are a leadership development company and insurance brokerage helping individuals and families secure their financial future.

You’ll work directly with pre-qualified leads using a proven system — no cold calling.

This is a commission-only position, meaning your income is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and skill development.

Income Potential (Performance-Based)

  • Year 1 Average: $96,000 – $132,000

  • Top Performers: $300K+

This is not guaranteed income. These numbers reflect agents who consistently follow the system and perform at a high level.

What You’ll Get

  • Warm, subsidized leads (no cold calling)

  • Proven, step-by-step sales system

  • Hands-on training (not just videos)

  • Mentorship from top-performing agents

  • Flexible schedule

  • Opportunity to build your own agency and passive income

  • Daily pay directly from insurance carriers

  • Incentive trips and advancement opportunities

You’ll do well here if you:

  • Are competitive and self-motivated

  • Can handle rejection without shutting down

  • Want to earn more than you ever have before

  • Are coachable and willing to follow a proven system

  • Have sales, leadership, or people-facing experience (preferred, not required)

  • Are willing to get licensed (if not already)

This will NOT be a good fit if you:

  • Need a guaranteed salary

  • Struggle with discipline or consistency

  • Are uncomfortable being paid based on performance

  • Need constant supervision to stay productive

Requirements

  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) a Life Insurance License

  • Driver’s License required

  • Apple iPad + Apple Pencil

  • Ability to work full-time

  • Comfortable working with in-person client interactions

This is a performance-driven opportunity, not a traditional job.

If you’re willing to put in the work, follow the system, and stay consistent — the income and growth potential are significant.

If not, this won’t be the right fit.

Apply if you’re ready to be coached, challenged, and paid based on results.
