The Implementation Intern supports the implementation manager and Customer Success team by assisting with customer onboarding, performance monitoring, reporting, and processing documentation. This role works closely with Account Managers, the Customer Success team, and the Director of Customer Success to gather and organize data, review customer performance indicators, identify trends, and support initiatives that improve customer experience. The intern will gain hands-on experience in customer success operations, reporting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with monitoring customer performance and onboarding progress using established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reports, and scorecards.
  • Support Customer Success Team by gathering, organizing, and reviewing customer data.
  • Help identify customer service trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement, escalating concerns to the appropriate team member or manager.
  • Communicate updates clearly and professionally to internal stakeholders under the guidance of the Implementation Manager and Customer Success Team.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and documenting follow-up items related to customer onboarding or service needs.
  • Review and maintain customer scorecards, reports, and master files to support accurate tracking and visibility.
  • Coordinate with team members and other departments to support timely completion of assigned projects and tasks.
  • Assist with creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and job aids for customer scorecards and related processes.
  • Participate in team training, meetings, and continuous improvement activities to build knowledge of Customer Success operations.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in business, logistics, supply chain, communications, data analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Knowledge of MVT divisions or transportation/logistics operations preferred but not required.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills for reporting, tracking, and gathering data.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn internal systems, customer reporting tools, and Customer Success processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
