Job description

The Life Enrichment Assistant supports the planning, preparation, and delivery of daily activities that enhance residents' overall quality of life, incorporating all seven dimensions of wellness: physical, intellectual, spiritual, vocational, environmental, social, and emotional. This role focuses on assistingwith the execution of meaningful programs, building personal connections, and helping create purpose-driven experiences for each resident.

The Assistant works closely with the Life Enrichment Specialist to ensure that activities run smoothly, are well-attended, and reflect the unique culture of the community. This position alsoassistsin the use of technology platforms to record participation, track engagement, and support personalized resident experiences.
