We’re looking for an experienced Journeyman Mold Maker to join our Tool Room team. In this hands‑on‑role, you’ll build, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain precision injection molds that keep our manufacturing operation running safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards.

What you will do:
  • Build, troubleshoot, and maintain precision injection molds.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to maximize tooling and minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose tooling issues and recommend or implement repair solutions.
  • Read blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings to build and modify tooling to exact specifications.
  • Program and run CNC mills.
  • Operate manual machining equipment and precision measuring instruments.
  • Train and mentor mold making apprentices.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired Knowledge & Skills
  • Ability to read blue prints, CAD models, and engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of injection molding process and tooling requirements.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with problem solving ability.
  • Toolroom equipment experience and understanding of machining processes.
  • Skilled in the use of handheld measurement tools.
  • A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality work.
