Job description

Electi Management is a rapidly growing, full-service business management firm catering to the needs of entrepreneurial professionals operating multiple businesses. We serve small businesses by managing finance and accounting functions through the innovative use of technology and workflow optimization. At Electi Management, we manage multiple accounts for various businesses. This position is specifically to support our medical lien servicing account.

Medical liens allow injured individuals involved in personal injury cases to receive essential medical treatment without upfront payment. Instead, healthcare providers agree to defer payment, with the agreement that they will later be reimbursed when the case settles. This process ensures access to care while cases progress through the legal system. However, personal injury cases can take a long time to settle, which means medical providers do not get paid. To compensate for this, our client purchases medical liens directly from the provider, allowing us to work with the injured party’s legal representation throughout the case and ultimately collect on the liens once a settlement is reached.

REPSONIBILITIES

In this position, the Lien Servicing Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between medical providers and law firms, managing the intake and organization of confidential medical records and billing documentation. You will communicate regularly with attorneys and healthcare facilities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance at every stage. In this role, you will experience the full lifecycle of personal injury cases by supporting matters from the initial treatment phase through to the final settlement. This position provides a unique opportunity to develop expertise at the intersection of medical treatment and legal operations.

You will provide support for any administrative duties of the firm as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Assist CEO and Account Executive(s) in delivering high quality service to our clients.

·         Communicate directly with medical facilities and law firms through phone conversations and email responses

·         Organize, scan, name, and save confidential medical bills and records to firm’s electronic storage system.

·         Perform highly accurate data entry in QuickBooks Online and other software programs.

·         Follow up on cases in their various trial stages, providing consistent updates throughout a cases’ legal journey

·         Negotiate medical liens directly with law firms once a case reaches settlement

·         Send accurate lien acquisitions and balance verifications to the injured party’s legal representation

·         Communicate with facilities to ensure we have all necessary documentation

We can train on what we do and how we do it. We can’t train integrity, work ethic, critical thinking, and passion. If you think logistically, love to create and refine systems, and enjoy a great work culture, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:
