About the Team

1GLOBAL is looking for a data-driven and proactive Sales Operations Analyst / Sales Analyst to join our team in Warsaw.

About the Role

You will work closely with Sales and other business stakeholders, transforming commercial data into actionable insights. The role combines reporting, KPI analysis, dashboard development and stakeholder collaboration to support sales performance and business decision-making.

  • Build and maintain sales reports, dashboards and analyses
  • Track and report on key sales KPIs and performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytical solutions
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc analyses and presentations for Sales leadership
  • Support improvements in reporting processes and data quality
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency, analysis and reporting
  • Work with CRM data, including Salesforce where applicable
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance and other teams across the business
About You
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI
  • Experience using AI tools for analysis, reporting or productivity
  • Ability to gather requirements and work effectively with business stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, is an advantage
  • Previous experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, BI or a similar role is preferred
