Licensed Sales Producer – Insurance Office


We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and dependable Licensed Sales Producer to join our busy, fast-paced insurance office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a sales environment, and is driven to meet goals while providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities


  • Generate new business by quoting and selling insurance products
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Follow up with leads and prospective customers by phone, text, and email
  • Cross-sell additional products to new and existing customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide an excellent sales experience
  • Meet or exceed individual and office sales goals
  • Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
  • Follow up on quotes and opportunities consistently
  • Work closely with the rest of the office team to achieve production goals
  • Stay current on available insurance products, underwriting requirements, and sales processes


Qualifications


  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
  • Previous insurance sales experience preferred
  • Strong sales and closing skills
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
