This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Eugene, Oregon, or anywhere in the state. As part of the Telehealth facility, you will utilize various digital platforms to conduct sessions, ensuring effective communication with clients while maintaining a high standard of care. • Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Facilitate and maintain effective communication among various stakeholders, including clients, families, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Prepare and implement treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, focusing on achieving therapeutic goals.
• Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance collaborative care.
• Provide training for new staff and team members to ensure effective delivery of mental health services and compliance with program protocols.
• Conduct follow-up interviews and home visits, where necessary, to reinforce the support system surrounding the client.
• Engage in community services and outreach to promote mental health awareness and forge connections with external organizations.

As a Telehealth LPC, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and youth experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve not only individual therapy but also family therapy and support for couples dealing with conflict or substance misuse.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in using EMR software and digital communication platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse client base.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance misuse is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice.

• Salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and available caseload.
